2026 IBSF World Billiards Championship

The IBSF is pleased to announce that the 2026 IBSF World Billiards Championship will be played from April 24 to 29, 2026, in the SBI academy in Carlow, Ireland. We thank Snooker and Billiards Ireland for hosting this prestigious event in their world class academy.

This event will follow immediately after the conclusion of two World Billiards events – the Irish Open and the World Matchplay Championship.

These events, to be run independently by the IBSF and WBL, will provide a feast of billiards for billiards enthusiasts from around the world.

Each country is allowed to send 8 players. IBSF will invite the last 8 players of the IBSF World Billiards Championship 2025.

The closing date for entries is 22nd March 2025.
