The International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) is the world governing body that coordinates, promotes, and develops the sports of Snooker and English Billiards on a non-professional level around the world. Made up of four executive officers plus two representatives from each Olympic Region, the organisation was formed in 1971.
