Semih Sayginer, World Cup Winner at The Red Sea; Jaspers, Runner Up, and Shared Third Place for Blomdahl and Choi

Semih Sayginer has been proclaimed the brilliant Winner of Sharm El Sheikh World Cup 2021, after beating Dick Jaspers, 50-44 in 27 innings, in the final match. The Turkish Player conquers herewith his seventh World Cup.
Semih Sayginer closed a fantastic performance in Sharm El Sheikh. Throughout the tournament, he starred spectacular moments and developed a fast, creative, and effective performance.
He reached the final match after beating Blomdahl in the semi-final, dominating from the start of the match. In the 10th inning, leading by 42-19 to the final score of 50-22 in 22 innings and 2.272 average.
Looking back at a great tournament, Dick Jaspers, the number 1 from the world ranking, beat Sung Won Choi in the semifinal, with a run of 12 after the break, dominating the match and finishing with a run of 8, resulting in 50-24 in 21 innings, and an average of 2,380.
The shared third place on the medal podium went to the brilliant Swede Torbjorn Blomdahl and the talented Korean Sung-Won Choi.
The organization in the experienced hands of the Egyptian Federation of Billiards Sports (EFBS), was impeccable, with consideration and details for the safety measures, schedules, and referee coordination.
