Andrea Ragonesi is the World Champion

Torino, October 7th, 2024.

The 5-Pins World Championship in Venaria Reale-Torino was recently concluded with the victory of Andrea Ragonesi in this 26th edition, who beat Andrea Quarta in a spectacular final 4-3, defending champion. The podium was completed by Ciro Davide Rizzo and Camilo Gomez. Andrea Ragonesi closed a spectacular championship, which he entered from the qualification phase.

In the first under22 world championship of this speciality, the title was won by the Italian player Emanuel Cucchiara against the Argentine player Santino Lopez, the only one who broke the Italian hegemony on the podiums of these championships.

The matches were broadcast on Live Stream by Billiard Channel on YouTube and the semi-finals and finals of the absolute and Junior tournaments by RAI Sport.
